Del-Tron Recirculating Slide Guides

Del-Tron’s recirculating slide guides provide linear motion solutions for applications involving long travels and designs where space constraints must be considered. These recirculating guides consist of a block and a guide rail, both having two R-shape raceway grooves that are machined and precision ground. The block consists of a main body with two raceways and a resin return cap to ensure smooth circulation of balls.

These precision steel balls roll in their respective raceway groove with contact at four points between the block and the guide rail. These low friction, compact and light weight recirculating guides are capable of carrying loads in excess of 700 kg., and provide travels up to 880mm. Micrometer Driven Positioning Stages

Del-Tron offers a wide range of micrometer driven ball and crossed roller positioning stages with travels ranging from .25” to 2.0”. All units are available in X, XY and XYZ configurations and can carry load ranging from 4 lbs on our miniature ball slide series all the way up to 160 lbs on our crossed roller positioning stages.

All model numbers are available with inch or metric micrometers and mounting holes. Most models are available with locking micrometers and all models can be supplied with our Posi-Lock friction locking mechanism to secure the table. We also offer the SD Series (side drive mounted micrometers) designed for applications requiring the smallest footprint possible. Positioning accuracies range from 0.0005” per inch of travel straight line accuracy on our ball slide positioning stages to 0.0001” per inch of travel straight line accuracy on our crossed roller positioning stages. Del-Tron Crossed Roller Tables

Del-Tron’s aluminum and steel crossed roller tables are the perfect choice for applications requiring high accuracy and exceptional load carrying capabilities. Accuracies range from 0.0001” per inch of travel straight line accuracy on our aluminum tables to 0.00008” of parallelism on our steel crossed roller tables and are capable of carrying loads in excess of 2600 lbs.

The aluminum crossed roller tables are available with both inch and metric mounting holes. You can choose from our low profile LPT series with its 3 rail design or opt for our Gold Motion series with its flanged base and 4 rail design. Both are available with stainless steel crossed roller rails and roller cages for applications where corrosion resistance is a requirement. For vertical applications or applications involving high acceleration or deceleration forces you may want to consider our Anti-Creep crossed roller tables. These units employ a rail and roller cage design that eliminates roller cage migration or slippage due to load orientations or acceleration forces.
