New Hyde Park, NY – Techno, Inc. Linear Motion Systems introduces the New Narrow Profile Slide 2 designed to carry heavy loads and constructed from a single rigid aluminum extrusion profile. Available with single or dual carriage options, the Narrow Profile Slide 2 is capable of speeds up to 24”/second depending on the motor/drive package. This compact slide can be ordered in lengths up to 2722 mm (107.2”), and has three sides of T-slots for easy mounting on any machine assembly.
Narrow Profile Slide 2’s can be affixed with a stepper or servomotor side mounted or inline. Additional options include the single or dual carriages, ball screw pitches ranging from 2.5 mm-20 mm, and various mounting accessories. A carriage plate is included with the assembly, as are the internal home reference and far end limit switches.
