IntelLIDrives’ new Synchronized XYZ Gantries BEMA Series are offered in travel lengths from 300 × 300 mm to 3,000 × 3,000 mm. With speeds up to 2 m/sec, the BEMA Gantry Series is suitable for applications in high-speed positioning for light-to-medium payloads. Other features include repeatability to 50 microns and loads to 30 kg.

The BEMA Gantry Series can be motorized with stepper motors, brushless servo motors and encoders, or integrated SMART motors. Contactless end-of-travel limit sensors are installed on these systems. They’re supplied with a self-supporting rigid elevation structure for industrial applications. 

These gantry systems can be fitted with an optional Z third axis module for XYZ configuration with strokes from 300 to 1,000 mm.
