Gates Corp. now sells new Poly Chain ADV, its next-generation synchronous power-transmission belt, the strongest, most durable product of its kind.
Poly Chain ADV is manufactured using cutting-edge carbon fiber technology and proprietary tooth jacket material. Combined with Gates’ engineering expertise and advanced manufacturing techniques, these improvements enable narrower and more durable synchronous power transmission belt drives.

Gates Poly Chain ADV belt solutions reduce maintenance costs and replacement intervals compared to large, high-horsepower roller-chain drives. In comparison to large multi-strand v-belt drives, they deliver lower component wear, overall weight and system width while achieving energy savings. Poly Chain ADV also offers 15% more power capacity than Gates Poly Chain GT Carbon belts which extends its ability to meet an increasingly wide range of applications, including the latest recreational vehicles, IBC Tote Mixer, Conventional Metal Stamping equipment and other industrial automation applications.
