Rollon expands TH actuator range with new size 200

Rollon has introduced a new size 200 to its TH ball screw-driven linear actuator line. This expansion provides additional options for designers and engineers seeking higher capacity and flexibility in technical applications.

The TH actuator series features a compact design and positioning repeatability within ±5 μm, supporting applications in industrial automation, packaging, and robotics. The new size 200 model addresses increased demand for actuators that support higher loads and longer strokes while maintaining consistent performance.

Built for precision

The TH actuator transmits thrust using ball screws, offered in multiple precision classes and lead options to suit different application requirements. Its linear motion is guided by two or four preloaded re-circulating ball bearing blocks with ball retainer technology, operating on parallel rails to provide rigidity and smooth movement. The series is available in single and double carriage configurations to support varied load handling needs.

Key benefits

The TH series includes features that support reliable performance and durability. Its compact design is suitable for space-constrained environments, while its construction helps maintain precision and stiffness during operation to support consistent results and efficient application performance.

The unit is protected by sealing strips that safeguard internal components, while scrapers and lip seals provide additional defence for the ball bearing raceways against contaminants. For long-term reliability and minimal maintenance, the TH actuator includes dedicated lubrication channels for the ball screw and the bearing blocks.
