Representatives from HELUKABEL® USA will be in attendance at the 29th International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS) in Chicago, IL from September 10-15, 2012 to discuss their cable solutions for the manufacturing industry. HELUKABEL® USA will be exhibiting within the Industrial Automation North America Pavilion at booth E-4256 located in the East Building of McCormick Place.
HELUKABEL® USA’s booth will feature cables and wires designed specifically for delivering data and control power for stationary, flexing and torsional applications.
Their portfolio features a servo motor cable designed to support the HIPERFACE DSL® technology by SICK, a German encoder manufacturer. This innovative cable design combines the existing structure of power conductors and break pairs with a digital-servo-link (DSL) element. This DSL element serves as the central communication interface between the drive and the motor-feedback system. The use of DSL technology allows for enhanced transmisson of motor position data and feedback, such as operating temperature.
In addition to the HIPERFACE DSL® cable, HELUKABEL® offers cable solutions for both domestic and international manufacturing companies.
HELUKABEL® offers the the TRAYCONTROL®-Series for domestic manufactures. These flexible, shielded or unshielded, cables are best-suited for transmitting data and power to the machine’s operating components. Protected by PVC, PUR or TPE outer jackets, the TRAYCONTROL-Series has been TC-ER, PLTC-ER, and ITC-ER approved for open installation. The TRAYCONTROL-Series cables are oil resistant having passed Oil Res I and II, flame retardant according to the FT4 flame test, and compliant with NFPA 79 2007 standards.
