Prolift Solutions (www.prolift.com.au) has introduced the world’s first lightweight aluminum gantry crane that features a lifting capacity of 5000 kg. This portable aluminum gantry craned is remarkably versatile, mobile, strong and safe to use.

The crane’s A-frame comes with an inbuilt geared hand wheel system, offering users complete control in raising and lowering the crane beam to adjust height according to their preferred setting.

With its integrated stabilizing leg, moving the A-frames around is easier prior to attaching the beam. The Stabilizer Leg mode – which is ideal for use in concrete, flat or tarmac surfaces – enables users to fold down and lock the leg into place, making it easier to move around.

In addition, maneuvering around open and rough ground areas is also made easy by the Wheelbarrow mode. Using this mode allows users to lock the stabilizing leg into position, and then simply folded up when finished.

The crane has been specifically designed with aluminum to deliver unrivalled strength in accord with manual handling guidelines. This lightweight design allows users to position the gantry crane easily and quickly, even without requiring large teams of workers or any additional lifting equipment.
